Responses: Think Before You Respond

A response is a verbal or written way of communicating and the way one reacts to something. If you don’t want what you are thinking to be either criticized or applauded, don’t put it out there. In order to put it out there you either have to speak it out for another person to hear it, write it down on anything without destroying it and publicizing it through some form of social media.

Why are people surprised when others react to there response? It doesn’t matter if you give your life earnings to or for a cause, somebody will have something negative to say about it. That’s just the fact of the matter. I believe many Americans think it’s okay for certain individuals to make what ever comments they deem necessary to get their points across.

Well guess what people! It’s not okay. Once you publicize your words you may or may not know this, but, YOUR WORDS ARE NOW PUBLIC AND OPEN TO COMMENTS. The last comment was really meant to be humorous. Now I’m the type of person who respect the opinions of others. But in my opinion there’s a line drawn between giving an opinion and down right making hurtful or degrading comments to or about other people. The old saying, “Sticks And Stones May Break My Bones But Words Will Never Hurt Me” is dead and buried. Some people get hurt or offended today if some one look at them the wrong way. So we definitely have to be aware of what we say and how we say it. IOPA Solutions believe there’s Power In The Spoken Word.

I absolutely loved the response given by Ambien on TMZ to the comment made by Rosanne Barr that she was under the influence of the drug Ambien when she posted the negative tweet about Valerie Jarrett, former President Barack Obama’s adviser. Ambien said, “Our Drug Doesn’t Make You Racist.” Wow, enough said on that matter. Too funny.

Things You May Not Know

If you were to think about poverty in the United States you’d be very surprised to find out who, why & how is considered not to be living a life of poverty. I always think about why with some of the brightest and most intelligent financial minds in the world in the U.S. non of these people can come up with a plan to combat U.S. Poverty.

One reason is because they don’t think many of us are really poor according to The United States Census Survey on poverty. You have to see and study it for yourself in order to believe it. I’m going to explain it to the best of my ability as simple as possible. The U.S. Poverty Threshold for 2016 was $29,360.

A family with 5 members living in the same house and their incomes:

Child #1= $0

Child #2= $0

Mother= $11,000

Father= $9,000

Great Aunt= $10,000 for the total family income of $30,000

$30,000 (total family income) for 2016- $29,360 (U.S. Threshold)= $640

This family of five people has a grand total of $640 over the U.S. Threshold for the year 2016 and is considered not to be in poverty. This is total insanity to me. Now don’t get me wrong. I know now and have known many people who make their lives as productive as they possibly can with the little that they do have. But what I’d like to see is some of the people who are considered RICH to try and live off of the remaining income from their weekly or by-weekly¬† paydays or live off a total annual income of $30,000. Many of them would have to be admitted for psychological treatment after living one month in poverty.

The reason I think Rich Americans haven’t created or devised a plan to help ALL AMERICANS do better financially is because they really don’t understand the problems of poor people in this country. Yes I know many rich people are donating to very worthy causes in this country and internationally. But what about each individual American Citizen? What can we do and what will we do to enhance the lives of every breathing American Citizen so we all can enjoy the finer things in life? Well, God has given me the blue print. I will use the vision that God has given me to make a difference not only in the United States of America but throughout the world.

Once I finish putting my plans together I’ll be soliciting the help and support of like minded people. As I’ve said before, “We don’t need to make America great again, we need to make Americans Great.”

I believe A Change Is Gonna Come!

Vision: Where There Is No Vision The People Perish

Do you have a vision?

Google’s definition of vision is:

  1. the faculty or state of being able to see.
  2. an experience of seeing someone or something in a dream or trance, or as a supernatural apparition.

Proverbs 29:18 KJV version say’s: where there is no vision the people perish.

As far as my understanding goes about this scripture, the original meaning or teaching is directed towards having a preacher or teacher explain the word of God so the people would know the vision and not just stand idly around without any leadership and/or guidance.

As for individual people having or not a vision can carry similar implications. If you find yourself standing idly by day after day doing nothing, you may be without a vision.

For those of us who do have visions and are working to make the visions come to pass should do our best to pass our vision on to others with hopes of getting them to see things more positively.

As I go through the day interacting with people I’ve noticed that many people have lost hope of situations and circumstances getting better. Therefore, these people needless to say more than likely won’t have a vision.

If you can see the bright side of things with the attitude that things can and will get better, then share the wealth with others as you hear negative things coming from their mouths. Share your vision with them and get them on board to making this world a better and more positive place to live.

Without a vision you may have perished mentally. Change the way you think and change the world. Start your day off by listening to something that’ll stimulate your mind.

Good Morning Friends!!!

Are you aware of the many negative things that surround us these days that appear to keep on getting worse as the days pass- homelessness, crime, poverty, division, etc., etc., etc? Sadly to say this list could go on and on and on. Are you aware or have you become immune to what’s happening as it seems many people have done?

Well it concerns me to the core of my bones. I’ve seen days when people at least acted like they cared about others whether they did or not. As I go through my daily activities I notice that many people could care less about other human beings. It’s all about them and they’re never happy, never smile and never try to break the mean mug look on their faces.

Okay then, what are we as people going to do about it? One of the best ways to start the transition is for each individual person to not be that mean person who adds unwanted anxiety to the lives of many others. YOU JUST BE NICE & KIND TO OTHERS.

I am very optimistic that a change will come. I don’t think for one single moment that we have to make America great again. America has been and will always be to me The Land Of Hope And Opportunity. I think what we need to do is Make AMERICANS Great. Not Make Americans Great Again because many Americans will never ever know what it’s like to Be Great. Let’s join together in our families, communities and local areas to Make Americans Great.
