Do you have a vision?
Google’s definition of vision is:
- the faculty or state of being able to see.
- an experience of seeing someone or something in a dream or trance, or as a supernatural apparition.
Proverbs 29:18 KJV version say’s: where there is no vision the people perish.
As far as my understanding goes about this scripture, the original meaning or teaching is directed towards having a preacher or teacher explain the word of God so the people would know the vision and not just stand idly around without any leadership and/or guidance.
As for individual people having or not a vision can carry similar implications. If you find yourself standing idly by day after day doing nothing, you may be without a vision.
For those of us who do have visions and are working to make the visions come to pass should do our best to pass our vision on to others with hopes of getting them to see things more positively.
As I go through the day interacting with people I’ve noticed that many people have lost hope of situations and circumstances getting better. Therefore, these people needless to say more than likely won’t have a vision.
If you can see the bright side of things with the attitude that things can and will get better, then share the wealth with others as you hear negative things coming from their mouths. Share your vision with them and get them on board to making this world a better and more positive place to live.
Without a vision you may have perished mentally. Change the way you think and change the world. Start your day off by listening to something that’ll stimulate your mind.
